In the Five Dynasties, Yan Renyu was the first director of guide field, the predecessor of Dehua County. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to the three high demonstration township of Xunzhong. After liberation, it successively belonged to Sangao Township and Sanban township of XunZhong district. In 1958, it belonged to Sanban management area of Xunzhong people's commune. natural resources

The subgrade works of Chengguan to Sanban second-class highway of Wugai line, a key project, have been basically completed, with 35000 volts
The high-voltage substation has been put into operation, with an investment of more than 1.3 million yuan and a daily water supply of 2400 tons. The waterworks has officially supplied water, and the people's production and living problems such as electricity and water consumption have been further improved. The work of science, education, culture and health, the reform and improvement of "two bases" of education, the adjustment and optimization of school layout through provincial review, the steady development of cultural undertakings, the great improvement of cultural facilities, and the title of county-level cultural advanced township, the increasing coverage of cable TV, the continuous development of health undertakings, and the improvement of medical equipment.

There are three hardened roads below grade 3 leading to Chengguan in the town, and grade 2 roads have been fully connected. The town tap water supply of 2400 tons per day has been put into use. The operation of 35000 V substation can meet the demand of power supply. The daily gas supply of 240000 cubic meters of Guang'an natural gas (LNG) project has been fully supplied to large and medium-sized enterprises.
Human history
Due to its connection with Yongchun County, the closest distance from the port of Erythrina, convenient transportation, and rich porcelain clay resources, Sanban town became the most important ceramic production area in Dehua, the ancient porcelain capital, in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. As early as the fifth year of Xiantong in Tang Dynasty (864), Yan Huacai, a doctor of Guozijian in Sibin village of Sanban Town, wrote the ceramic law, which is the earliest ceramic monograph in Dehua history. His Meiling map plans the development blueprint of Meiling ceramics. 25 ancient kiln sites have been identified in the town, among which Dongkou Yueji kiln, Dongling kiln and neiban kiln are listed as provincial-level cultural relics, and Yan Renyu tomb and Daxing castle are listed as county-level cultural relics.
economic development
There are more than 300 enterprises in the town. Red soil pottery, daily-use porcelain and bamboo, rattan and straw weaving are the three pillar industries of Sanban town. Among them, red soil pottery accounts for 1 / 3 of the industrial output value of the town, daily-use porcelain and bamboo, rattan and straw weaving each account for 1 / 4.
With the purpose of increasing farmers' income, Sanban town adheres to the road of building characteristic brand and guiding development, and gradually forms several bases of Daiyun black chicken breeding, characteristic fruit, tea and pollution-free vegetables. Therefore, Sanban town is an advanced unit of Quanzhou City in 2004, which "pays attention to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and does 14 practical things well".
Relying on the construction of industrial districts, the status of industrial enterprises has been continuously improved. We should increase the investment attraction, guide local enterprises to increase capital and expand business, and constantly expand the scale of enterprises. We should take the three pillar industries of daily porcelain, red soil pottery and rattan grass iron as the leading industries, cultivate emerging industries such as iron crafts, printing and resin, and lose the diversification of enterprise products. There are 15 newly established enterprises, and more than 30000 square meters of newly-built and expanded workshops. Red clay pottery has formed a large-scale operation, accounting for 60% of the industrial output value. The quality and grade of daily porcelain have been greatly improved, and "zhentaier" high-grade daily porcelain brand is well-known, which has played a good role in brand effect.
