Pingcheng Township

Pingcheng Township, Qixian County, Henan Province, is located 15 kilometers northwest of Qixian County. It is an important gateway for Qixian County to open up to the outside world. It is adjacent to Longhai Railway in the north, Huiji River in the south, Shiyuan Township in the East and Kaifeng County in the West. It is 30 kilometers away from Kaifeng and 4 kilometers away from rinan expressway. It has a total area of 77.77 square kilometers and 85000 mu of cultivated land.

Historical evolution
