Shibapan Township

Shibapan Township, located 18 kilometers southwest of Ruyang County, is a combination of Zhuyuan Township and Shibapan township. The township has 16 administrative villages, 210 villager groups, 315 natural villages, 5100 households and 21000 people, with a total area of 113 square kilometers, including 14290 mu of cultivated land and 0.68 mu of cultivated land per capita.

mineral resources 1. Lead zinc deposits: they are mainly distributed in luanshipan of Xiewen village, leijiagou, qianganling and Xigou of Haoping village, and lower shady slope of Liukeng village. (1) luanshipan Pb Zn deposit is located in the south of xiewenhecun, with two metallogenic structural belts, east-west strike and 300 meters long. The orebody is about 1.5 meters wide, and the ore reserve is 70000 tons, which has good mining value and considerable economic benefits. (2) the ore body of qianganling lead-zinc mine is East-West strike, about 500 meters long and 3-5 meters wide. The ore grade is 5-7. According to the calculation of 50 meters, the ore reserve is 200000 tons, which has been mined. (3) the leijiagou lead-zinc ore structural belt is East-West strike, about 200 meters long and 1-1.5 meters wide. There are two ancient mining caves in the north and south. The surface mineralization is good, and there can be large lead-zinc ore. According to the calculation of 50 meters, the reserve of the mine is 45000 tons, which has been mined. the above three lead-zinc deposits are well mineralized and easy to be mined, which is worthy of further work. (4) the Xigou Pb Zn ore body is more than 500 meters long and 3 meters wide, with east-west strike. There is no mining yet, so it has good prospecting conditions. 2. Iron ore: located in Ganli and Masi villages, the ore belt is nearly 20000 meters long and 5 meters wide, with east-west trend and good surface mineralization. The ore belt has large scale, good metallogenic conditions, great prospecting value and good prospects. (1) xiewenhe Xiaodonggou copper mine: the ore body is East-West trend, more than 200 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, with good mineralization conditions. According to the calculation of 50 meters, the copper reserves can reach 45000 tons, which has a certain development prospect. (2) Chenzhuang copper mine in Liugou Village: the ore body is East-West strike, more than 300 meters long and 1-2 meters wide. At present, the "village to village" construction projects of 16 administrative villages in the township have all been completed, with a total mileage of 53.64 km.
