Jinyun County, a county under the jurisdiction of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the hinterland of southern Zhejiang, hilly and mountainous areas in central and southern Zhejiang, and northeast Lishui. The terrain inclines from east to west. The mountain range is roughly bounded by Haoxi, which belongs to the mid subtropical monsoon climate zone. Generally speaking, it has sufficient heat, abundant precipitation, warm and humid, slightly longer winter and summer, slightly shorter spring and autumn, and four distinct seasons. It has a total area of 1503.52 square kilometers and governs 7 towns and 8 towns Township, 3 streets, registered residence in 2018, 470 thousand people.
Jinyun County was built in the first year of Wuzhou Wansui Dengfeng (696), named after the ancient Jinyun Mountain. Jinyun is the name of Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor, the ancestor of Chinese culture. After setting up the county, it belongs to kuozhou. In the 14th year of Dali (779), kuozhou was changed to Chuzhou, which was under Chuzhou. In May 1949, Jinyun was liberated and belonged to Lishui special area. In 1952, it was transferred to Jinhua District. In 1963, it returned to Lishui. In 1968, Lishui district was changed to Lishui District, and its membership remained unchanged. In 2000, Lishui district was changed to Lishui City, and its membership remained unchanged. In July 2019, it won the title of "China's natural oxygen bar" establishment area in 2019.
In 2018, Jinyun County achieved a GDP of 23.705 billion yuan, an increase of 10.5% over the previous year in terms of comparable prices, of which the added value of the primary industry was 1.064 billion yuan, the added value of the secondary industry was 11.705 billion yuan, and the added value of the tertiary industry was 10.936 billion yuan.
Historical evolution
In today's Jinyun area, the "territory of Yangzhou" in Yugong belonged to Wuyue in the spring and Autumn period and Warring States period, and to Kuaiji and Minzhong in the Qin Dynasty. In the Western Han Dynasty, it was Kuaiji County, belonging to Wushang county. In the early Eastern Han Dynasty, Huipu was changed to Zhang'an. In the fourth year of Jian'an in the late Han Dynasty (199), Songyang county was established in Nanxiang of an County, and Wushang and Songyang counties were established in jinyundi.
In the eighth year of Wu chiwu in the Three Kingdoms (245), Yongkang county was set up in Shangpu Township in the south of Wushang County, and now the north of Jinyun is a part of Yongkang county. In the second year of Wu Taiping (257), Linhai county was set up in the east of the branch Ji County, and Songyang belonged to it. In the first year of Wu Baoding's reign (266), Dongyang county was set up in the west of Jijun County, which was under Yongkang county. Jinyundi belongs to Songyang County of Linhai county and Yongkang County of Dongyang county.
In the first year of Taining in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (323), Yongjia County was set up in the east of Linhai County, and Songyang County belonged to it. In 589, Kuocang county was set up in the east of Songyang County, and Chuzhou was set up in Yongjia County. In 592, Chuzhou was changed to kuozhou. In the early Sui Dynasty, Dongyang county was abolished and Wuzhou was established. In the early Daye period, Wuzhou was changed into Dongyang county and kuozhou was Yongjia County. Today, the northern part of Jinyun still belongs to Yongkang County of Dongyang County, and the southern part belongs to Kuocang County of Yongjia County.
In 621, lizitong changed Dongyang County into Wuzhou and Yongkang into Lizhou, which was divided into Jinyun County and Lizhou. Eight years later, Lizhou and Jinyun County were abandoned and still belong to Yongkang county. Long live the first year of Dengfeng (696), divided into kuozhou Kuocang county northeast boundary and Wuzhou Yongkang county south boundary, and then set Jinyun County, because of the territory of Jinyun Mountain name, kuozhou. In 742, kuozhou was changed into Jinyun County. In the first year of Qianyuan (758), kuozhou was restored. In the 14th year of Dali (779), due to avoiding the taboo of Dezong (named Shi, Yin KU), it was changed from kuzhou to Chuzhou, which belonged to Jinyun County.
In the Five Dynasties, Jinyun County was the land of Wuyue state and was still a county under Chuzhou. In the Song Dynasty, it was also Chuzhou.
In 1276, the Mongolian army occupied Chuzhou and changed it into Chuzhou road. In 1359, Zhu Yuanzhang occupied Chuzhou, changed Chuzhou road to Annan mansion, and changed Chuzhou mansion. Jinyun County belongs to it. In July of the third year of Shunzhi, Jinyun entered the Qing Dynasty.
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Jinyun County was located in the state capital. In October of the third year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty (1911), Chuzhou was restored, and the military and government branch government was established in Chuzhou, which belonged to Jinyun County.
In 1914, Qiantang, Kuaiji, Jinhua and Ouhai roads were set up, and Jinyun County belonged to Ouhai road. Jinyun County is directly under Zhejiang Province. In 1930, Zhejiang province implemented the system of county inspector. The whole province was divided into 12 regions. Jinyun County was the second special zone. In 1935, the province was divided into nine supervision districts, the ninth administrative supervision district. In April 1948, the province was reorganized into six administrative supervision districts, and in July it was changed into seven. Jinyun County was the Sixth District and the seventh district.
In May 1949, Jinyun was liberated. In September, Zhejiang Province was divided into seven districts, and Jinyun County was the seventh. In October, the seventh special zone was changed to Lishui special zone. In January 1952, Lishui district was abolished, and Jinhua District belonged to Jinyun County. In May 1963, Lishui district was restored. In November 1968, Lishui district was renamed Lishui District, which belongs to Jinyun County.
In July 2000, Lishui district was abolished and Lishui City was established at prefecture level. The region remained unchanged and Jinyun County belonged to it.

In May 1951, Yanxi township was assigned to Lishui County.
In September 1952, Shuinan township was merged into Wuyun town.
In April 1953, Dongjin township was divided into Dongjin Township and Shijing township; in September, Pantan township was transferred to Pan'an County, and Wuyun town was changed into a county-level town.
In March 1956, the third session of the first people's Congress of the county adopted a resolution to abolish the urban area and Xiandu District, and divide the county into six districts, three towns and 35 townships. See the following table for details:
In September 1958, the organizational system of districts and towns was abolished, and the people's commune integrating government and society was established on the basis of the original districts; the management area was established on the basis of the original townships; and the production teams were set up below the management area. Hongqi people's commune was established on the basis of the district directly under the county, with 10 management areas under its jurisdiction; Xingfu people's commune was established on the basis of Yuanhu Town, with 8 management areas under its jurisdiction; Weixing people's commune was established on the basis of the original New District, with 6 management areas under its jurisdiction; Yingxiong people's commune was established on the basis of the original Panxi District, with 4 management areas under its jurisdiction; Hongxing people's commune was established on the basis of the original Jinxian District, with 6 management areas under its jurisdiction Based on the former oceanic area, the upstream people's commune is established, which has jurisdiction over four administrative areas. In December, they were renamed Wuyun, Huzhen, Xinjian, Panxi, Jinxian and Dayang people's communes, which were used to be called "Big Commune".
From June to October 1961, the central government implemented the "Regulations on the work of rural people's communes (amendment draft)", abolished the "Big Commune" and restored the establishment of the district; 36 people's communes were established on the basis of 38 administrative districts, which were commonly known as "small communes".
In May 1962, Jinxian district was abolished and chenling commune, Xigang commune and anling commune were put under the jurisdiction of Xianju County. The other three communes were merged into Panxi district. In June of the same year, munan commune was divided into Muli commune and Nanxi commune, and Rongjiang commune was divided into Rongxi commune and Yajiang commune. So far, the county has four districts and 35 people's communes.
In September 1978, Wuyun commune was restored as a town directly under the county.
In April 1980, Xinan commune was divided into Xinan commune and Xiaoyun commune; in August, Chengnan commune was divided into Chengnan commune and CHANGKENG commune.
In February 1981, a suburban area was set up to govern the former communes directly under the jurisdiction of Fangxi commune and Shijian commune in Dayang district. In March, Sanhe commune was abolished and Huanxi commune and Qianlu commune were established; Yanling commune was abolished and Yanmen commune and Lingbei commune were established; Bailiu commune was divided into Bailiu commune and Kuocang commune. In October, Xinmin commune, Lingbei commune, Shuangxi commune and Hongqi commune were renamed Baizhu commune, Tangshi commune, Shuangxikou commune and Shuhong commune respectively.
In December 1982, Huyuan commune was abolished and Hucun commune and Taoyuan commune were established; Xinmei commune was abolished and Zhaoan commune and Fangchuan commune were established; Xiandu commune was divided into Xiandu commune and Chengdong commune.
In February 1983, Huzhen commune was changed into an established town.
In June 1984, the separation of government and society was completed, the commune system was abolished, and the township system was restored. In November, Chengxi township was divided into Chengxi Township and Huangdian township; Shuangxikou township was divided into Shuangxikou Township and Shangzhou township; Dongfang township was abolished and Lubang Township and Jingyue Township were established. In January 1985, Xinjian township was changed into an established town; in August, Shuhong township was changed into an established town.
In 1991, Xinbi Township and Qiancun Township were changed into Xinbi and Dayang towns respectively.
In May 1992, the district was removed and the township was expanded. There were 9 established towns and 15 townships in the county, specifically: Wuyun town (the original Xiandu township was changed to Xiandu Rural Management Office), Hu Town, Xinjian Town, Shuhong Town, Dayang Town, Dongfang Town, Dongdu Town, Dayuan town, Qili Township, Qianlu Township, Sanxi Township, Shuangxikou Township, Rongjiang Township, Huyuan Township, Fangxi Township and Shijian township.
In February 2008, the administrative districts of some villages and towns were adjusted to abolish the organizational system of Xinbi town and Chengbei Township, and their administrative areas were merged into Wuyun town; Yanyan, Xiyan and Meixi administrative villages of Xinjian town were put under the jurisdiction of Wuyun town. The system of Xinchuan Township and shuangchuan township was abolished, and their administrative areas were merged into Xinjian town. Yanling Township and Baizhu Township were abolished, and their administrative areas were merged into Huzhen town. Nanxi Township and Muli Township were abolished, and their administrative areas were merged into Dayang town.
