Weixin County, subordinate to Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, is located at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces. It is commonly known as "Jiming three provinces". History of construction
Weixin county is said to be the place of Liangzhou and Yongzhou in Xia and Shang Dynasties. Zhou belongs to quliu daxiongdian. it was established in the Qin Dynasty, one said it belonged to Shu County, the other said it belonged to Yelang state. In the sixth year of Jianyuan (135 BC), Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty set up Qianwei county (governing Zunyi today and later moving to Yibin) to further develop the Southwest Barbarians. In the Song Dynasty, Xuzhou (now Yibin City) was the place of Jimi, and in 1074, Shenzong was the place of Yixi, the great Inspection Department of Southwest fan. In 1273, it belonged to qiangzhou, the military and civilian general manager of Mangbu Road, and was subordinate to the Xuanwei Department of Wumeng, xingzhongshu Province, Yunnan Province. Weixin Chang'an Si (Weixin Si for short, which was also clearly recorded as Weixin Si in the Qing Dynasty's historical records and later mistakenly called Weijing SI) first appeared in the historical records, more than 477 years ago (2003). In 1726, the Qing government approved the request of ertai, governor of Yunnan and general manager, to change Wumeng, Zhenxiong and Dongchuan to Yunnan, and to "change the land to flow" by armed forces. In the third month of the fifth year of Yongzheng (1727), Zhenxiong succeeded in "changing the land to flow" and officially changed its official position from Sichuan to Yunnan, with Du Shixiu as the magistrate.

The original six districts were changed to six districts, with 18 Baotou under its jurisdiction. in 1921, Weixin administrative office was moved to Zhaxi by the chief executive. In the 21st year of the Republic of China, a prestige Bureau was set up. In September 1934, Weixin county was set up, with Zhaxi as the county seat and Zhili as Yunnan Province (in 1942, it was subordinate to Zhaotong District, the first administrative supervision district of Yunnan Province). In July 1950, Weixin county was liberated and the people's Government of Weixin county was established. In October, Weixin county was divided into four districts. The first district governs Zhaxi, the second district governs the old city, the third district governs Linfeng, and the Fourth District governs Shuanghe.
