Quxian County, subordinate to Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, is located in the east of Sichuan Province and the southwest of Dazhou city. Historical evolution
After the unification of Shu, Ba and Cong in the state of Qin, the county system was implemented in the 11th year of gengyuan (314 BC) of King Huiwen of Qin. Dangqu county (subordinate to Ba County) was set up to govern Cong city (today's tuxi Township Chengba Village).
