Li Duansheng, male, Tujia nationality, from Yongshun County, Hunan Province, born in 1963, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from South Central University for nationalities. Received a Bachelor of Arts degree.

In 1999, Huazhong University of science and technology graduated from journalism postgraduate class. 2007-2008 domestic visiting scholar, School of journalism, Wuhan University. From 2003 to 2007, he was vice president in charge of scientific research in the school of literature and journalism, Jishou University. At present, he is the director of the Department of journalism, the Secretary General of Shen Congwen Research Institute, and the graduate tutor of "literature and media" in master of Arts program.
