Li Pei, male, Han nationality, born in April 1956 in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, is a graduate student majoring in Business Administration of Hunan University. He started work in August 1974 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1985. He once served as secretary of the Party group and President of Hunan Council for the promotion of international trade.
