Comrade Yu Bingwen, a native of Lijin County, Shandong Province, joined the Communist Party of China in February 1947 and took part in revolutionary work.

Yu Bingwen, a retired cadre of Zhejiang Provincial Oceanic and Fishery Administration (enjoying the treatment at the Department and bureau level), died in Hangzhou on September 30, 2010 at the age of 81.
