Wang Min
Wang Min (1929-2008.3.20), female, from Haiyan, Zhejiang Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1946 and engaged in the secret work of the party. He graduated from the Department of chemistry of Tsinghua University in 1950.
He died in Beijing on March 20, 2008 at the age of 79.
Biography of characters
Since 1950, he has successively served as director of the Research Office of Beijing Chemical Reagent Research Institute and workshop director of Beijing Chemical Reagent Factory; Deputy Director, acting director, acting party secretary and factory director of Beijing Chemical Factory; from 1973 to 1983, he has successively served as director, deputy director, chief engineer and member of the Party group of Beijing Municipal Bureau of chemical industry; since 1983, he has successively served as director, vice minister and member of the Party group of the planning department of the Ministry of chemical industry, Deputy director of the technical committee and the economic and Technical Committee of the Ministry of Commerce. He retired in 2004.
Wang Min is a member of the Fifth Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the eighth and Ninth CPPCC National Committee.
Death information
On March 20, 2008, Comrade Wang Min, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of chemical industry, died of illness in Beijing at the age of 79.
When Wang Min was seriously ill and died, Hu Jintao, Wen Jiabao, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang, Li Yuanchao, Li Yuanchao, and he and Yu, Wei, and so on expressed sympathy and condolences in different ways.
