Raw materials for stir fried double silver

Processing steps of stir fried double silver
1. Wash the fresh silverfish and marinate it with refined salt, onion and ginger juice for 5 minutes.
2. Take off two ends of mung bean sprouts, leave about 6cm long, and float them with clean water. Cut the scallion into sections.

4.
