Ingredient: 1 piece of tofu (about 100g).
Ingredients: 50g fat and lean pork, 25g Shuifa mushroom, 25g Shuifa yulanpian, 1 rape heart.

There are 250 grams of clear soup, 5 grams of cooking wine, 1.5 grams of refined salt, 15 grams of sugar, 10 grams of soy sauce, 500 grams of peanut oil (about 40 grams), 10 grams of wet corn flour and 10 grams of chicken oil.
The steps of making gold inlaid jade plate are as follows:
1. Cut the tofu into 1-inch-2-minute pieces, 8-minute wide pieces and 2-minute thick pieces. Cut the lean and fat pork into 1-inch, 6-minute wide and 1-minute thick slices. Cut mushrooms and Yulan slices into small triangular pieces. Wash the vegetable heart with water.

Leave a little oil in the pot, stir fry pork slices, add mushroom slices and Magnolia slices, add cooking wine, refined salt, soy sauce, clear soup, bean curd slices and rape heart, simmer on the fire for five or six minutes, then add corn flour diluted with water to form sauce, stir fry evenly, pour chicken oil on the plate. Pick out the rape heart and put it on the tofu.
