The production steps of money spinning are as follows:
1. Remove the head, tail and shell of the fresh shrimp, remove the sand line, and wash with water; smash the horseshoe and chop it into powder with a knife; smash the fresh shrimp and pig fat into velvet with the back of the knife; cut the bread into round pieces with a diameter of 1 inch and a thickness of 1 minute, and chop the rest into bread flour.
2. Put minced shrimp and minced pig meat into a bowl, add refined salt, cooking wine and corn flour, stir them vigorously, then add horseshoe powder and egg white, stir them into a paste, squeeze them into balls with a diameter of 1 inch by hand, put them on the bread slices, and wipe them all around with a knife.
