The liquor is made from high quality sorghum, medium temperature saccharifying agent, traditional technology, artificial aging cellar, mixed steaming and burning, fermentation with grains, distilling, aging and blending.

Meijiao wine is colorless and transparent, with rich aroma, mellow and sweet taste, harmonious taste and long tail. The alcohol is 55 degrees.
Meijiao liquor
Meijiao liquor is produced by Guizhou Meijiao group. Meizhou liquor is made from high quality sorghum and wheat. It is produced by traditional production technology of Luzhou flavor Baijiu, mixed steamed mixed grains and continuous fermentation, and distilled, stored and blended.
Meijiao liquor has the characteristics of clear and transparent, rich aroma, soft, sweet and clean, and long aftertaste. It has been rated as a treasure of wine by Chinese and foreign experts and is favored by consumers. Since 1983, Meijiao liquor has been awarded the titles of provincial, ministerial and national quality products. In 1988, it won the title of national quality liquor. In the same autumn, it was the only Baijiu gold medal in the 800 year old German Leipzig international exposition. It was the only liquor in People's Republic of China foreign ministry. Since then, gold medal has been awarded to international exhibitions in Beijing, New York and Tokyo, and China's famous Baijiu brand in the new century was awarded in 2001.
