Raw materials for making velvet beef roll:

Processing steps of velvet beef roll:
1. Wash and cut the meat into 0.2 × 6 × 10 cm pieces. Add salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate, five spice powder, pepper, cooking wine, ginger (sliced), onion (smashed) and loose meat powder for 30 minutes.
2. Peanuts soaked in boiling water, peeled, chopped into two coarse particles, egg white and soybean powder mixed into thick paste.
3. Cut tomato into lotus leaf petals, cucumber into green leaf shape, fresh lotus root into shreds.
4. One end of the plate is made of lotus root and tomato, with a little lettuce in the middle and green leaves at the other end.
5. Lay velvet antler slices on the meat slices and wrap them into a cylindrical shape. Put the sticky egg white paste into the shredded kernels and stick a layer evenly. Set aside.
6. Heat the oil for 60%, then put it into the meat roll, deep fry until the Huaren is crisp and yellow, then take it out and put it on the plate.
