Raw materials for making kelp with pork:
400g pork, 200g kelp.
Seasoning for making kelp with pork:
Peanut oil, soy sauce, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, sugar, cinnamon, star anise, onion, ginger.
The procedure of making kelp with pork is as follows:
(1) Scrape and clean the pork, cut it into cubes, soak kelp for 3-4 hours, wash it with water, cut it into slices, cut scallion into sections and ginger into pieces.
