Stir fried tofu
Ingredients for pan fried tofu:
500 grams of tofu, 100 grams of minced pork, 50 grams of winter bamboo shoots, 10 grams of mushrooms, 50 grams of eggs.
Seasoning for pan fried tofu:
Peanut oil, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, starch, cooking wine, pepper, onion, ginger, flour.
Steps for making pan fried tofu:
(1) Put the minced meat in the pot, add refined salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, scallion, ginger and sesame oil, mix well into stuffing, slice the winter bamboo shoots, soak the mushrooms and wash them for use.
(2) Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir well with chopsticks.
(3) Cut tofu into pieces about 3cm long, 2cm wide and 0.5cm thick; spread a layer of meat stuffing between each two pieces, then pat on flour, drag on egg liquid, put into 70% hot oil pot one by one, fry until golden on both sides, then add shredded green onion, shredded ginger, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, add fresh soup, refined salt, cooking wine, sugar, monosodium glutamate, after taste, thicken, drizzle with sesame oil, put out of the pot and put on the plate.
Pan fried tofu
Guofan tofu is a famous traditional dish in Zhejiang Province, which belongs to Zhejiang cuisine. This dish features deep yellow, white inside, soft and tender, neat, oily and delicious. First cut the tofu into 4cm, 2cm wide and 0.6cm thick slices, put them on the plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion and ginger, then add cooking wine and salt, marinate and soak them. Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well. After the soup is boiling, stir fry it on a gentle fire for a while. When the soup is absorbed and dried, drop a little sesame oil and put it on the plate.
