Raw materials for making Sixi tofu:

Peanut oil, soy sauce, starch, onion and ginger powder, refined salt.
Processing steps of Sixi tofu:
(1) Smash the bean curd (for example, the bean curd water can be squeezed out with cloth), add a little flour and salty stir, wash the oil leaves, scald them with boiling water, chop them with other ingredients, add seasoning and bean curd to make stuffing.
(2) Make four big balls of tofu stuffing, put them on the plate, steam them in the drawer, drain the soup into the frying spoon, thicken them with heat, pour sesame oil on the balls.
Sixi tofu

Production technology
1) Cut tofu into 1cm thick; cut cuttlefish balls into shallow oblique cross pattern; shell shrimp and head, slice into two pieces; slice chicken; cut squid into oblique cross pattern after dressing; soak mushrooms and remove pedicle, add a little oil to boil for 5 minutes; cut broccoli into small pieces.
2) Put broccoli in boiling water and remove it. Heat the frying pan and put broccoli back. Add 2 grams of monosodium glutamate, fish sauce, wine, raw powder water and 100 grams of stock. Stir fry until done and place on the edge of the plate.
3) Fry in oil and fry tofu and cuttlefish balls until golden yellow. First remove tofu, then add fresh squid, mushrooms and carrots and fry until done. Remove the oil from the pan, put the original materials and tofu back, add 2G MSG, 5g fish sauce, 10g soy sauce, 10g oyster sauce, 100g stock, stir fry, finally pour 5g raw powder and 10g water, thicken, stir well and serve. First clip out the tofu, put it in the middle of the plate, and then pour in other materials, then serve.
