Tofu with Preserved Eggs

One day, Guan Yu meditated in his study alone, but the day was up and down, and he came to the bottom of the Department for food, including a stewed soybean. Guan Yu immediately associated with tofu, medical books said gypsum cool, can dispel fire, might as well try. Guan Yu told the sergeant to soak the beans, boil the pulp, and order the plaster himself. Because the plaster is light, the tofu is too tender to stir fry. The soldiers can only eat it with salt. Coincidentally, this kind of bean curd is like a good medicine. After the soldiers eat it, they get better. Later, some soldiers from Jiangling mixed the preserved eggs from their hometown with tender tofu. With seasoning, they not only tasted delicious, but also cleared away heat and poison, becoming a famous dish.
