The steps of making jade plate crab are as follows:
1. Boil the eggs in a cold water pan, take them out, put them in cold water and shell them. Cut each egg into 4 pieces, remove the yolk and put them in the dish. Pick and wash the green vegetables, drain, chop the fish into mud and put it in a bowl. Add 1 tsp ginger juice, salt, Shaojiu and some water to mix well. Put the crab meat in a bowl, add 1 tsp salt and Shaojiu to make it taste good.
2. Put dry starch on the protein dish, 1 portion of fish stuffing for each dish, and 1 portion of crab meat for each dish. Put a little crab roe in the middle of the dish, and put onion leaves, mushroom slices and ham slices on the rest. Steam and take them out.
3. Put the frying pan on the medium heat, add the cooked lard (35g) and heat it to 60%. Stir fry the green vegetables, add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry them. Pour the juice into the dish and move the steamed crab to the dish. Put the soup in the frying pan, add the right amount of salt and use the raw powder
Jade crab
Yuban crab is a famous dish in Anhui Province. It is made of crab meat, eggs, fish, vegetables, mushrooms, cooked ham slices, scallion leaves, Shaojiu, ginger juice, raw meal, soup, cooked lard, etc.
Production process

③ Put the frying pan on the medium heat, add the cooked lard (35g) and cook until it is mature. Add the green vegetables and stir fry them. Add appropriate salt and stir fry them. Put them in the dish and drain the juice. Transfer the steamed crab to the dish. Put the soup in the frying pan, add some salt, thicken with flour water, pour in the cooked lard, and pour on it.
The food is mutual restraint
Crab is not allowed to eat with sweet potato, pumpkin, honey, orange, pear, pomegranate, tomato, cantaloupe, peanut, snail, celery, persimmon, rabbit meat and Schizonepeta tenuifolia; eating crab is not allowed to drink cold drink, which will cause diarrhea.
