The project has six major interfaces with the ancient town, fully absorbing 6 million tourist resources, 300000 middle and high-end consumers and 800000 permanent residents. "Art granary", as the first stage demonstration area of China's art warehouse, opened its streets in June 2012. Art granary is directly connected with the main street of Luodai Ancient Town, enjoying a continuous stream of strong popularity. It occupies the Golden Port of the whole project, and its cultural tourism value has great growth space. The architectural style of the project adopts the combination of modern architecture, ancient architecture and modern Sichuan residence. Most of the houses facing the street are designed as double street pattern with two transparent sides. The super-high sandwich design greatly increases the sense of hierarchy and is more conducive to attracting people. At the same time, the streets and alleys are equipped with exquisite courtyards, which constitute an interesting art space. China Art Library will rely on the new planning of Luodai town's high starting point, with its one hundred thousand square meters of massive volume, and make the industrial layout with two themes of "cultural art" and "leisure tourism", and create a "Chengdu new world, Luodai never sleeps", and upgrade Luodai's tourism industry in an all-round way.

"Zuijie" is the third phase of China Art Gallery, with a total construction area of about 20000 square meters. It is seamlessly connected with Gujing tea house in Luodai Ancient Town in the north, and adjacent to wufenglou, the landmark building in Luodai Ancient Town in the East. In order to cultivate excellent art professionals, encourage and support college graduates to actively start their own businesses and employment, in May 2010, the District college students' Entrepreneurship and Employment Service Center, the District Youth League Committee, Qisheng group and Luodai town jointly built the "art granary college students' creative Incubation Park" in Longquanyi District

Chengdu Qisheng Contemporary Art Museum

With the approval of the Cultural Bureau, the museum was registered in Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau in July 2011
