Fuzhou museum was founded in 1987. It is located in Shandashi hall and other ancient buildings of Qing Dynasty. Over the past ten years, it has successively held "exhibition of Fuzhou local history", "exhibition of Fuzhou Ryukyu friendship history", "exhibition of Fuzhou handed down cultural relics", "exhibition of cultural relics unearthed from tombs of Southern Song Dynasty in Fuzhou tea garden" and "exhibition of Fuzhou, a famous historical and cultural city". In addition to a large number of calligraphy and paintings, there are more than 5000 pieces of ancient ceramics, bronzes, jade, lacquerware, Shoushan stone carvings, silk fabrics, ancient wood carvings and ancient furniture in the museum.

Collection
Fuzhou Museum integrates the collection, collection, protection, appreciation and research of cultural relics. Tian Huang Bo Yi Zhang
This is a Tianhuang stone (see photo) collected by Fuzhou Museum. It is 13 cm high, 7.8 cm wide, 3.8 cm thick, and weighs 500 grams. It is an important descendant of Dongmen school. Lin ShouZhen, the first one who won the "golden cup award" in the national arts and crafts exhibition with Shoushan stone carving, carved the Tianhuang thin elliptical seal in the 1980s. The front is osmanthus yellow, and the back is slightly light as loquat yellow, with red ribs and radish filiform fine lines. In the picture, there are towering mountains and luxuriant trees on both sides of the river. A small boat runs across the river. Three people sit around the bow of the boat to point out the scenery. The boatman at the stern supports the pole. Among the ribbon clouds, there is a full moon hanging high. On the back of the mountain stone, there are four words of "Shouyan Gengshen". Song Dynasty stone Avalokitesvara
Song frozen stone Guanyin, 12 cm high, 5.5 cm wide, 2.3 cm thick. The material of the statue is Shoushan frozen stone, the color is flesh yellow, crystal stone. This statue of Guanyin was excavated in 1998 at the dormitory site of the provincial finance department in Yeshan Road, Fuzhou City. The stratum unearthed is the stratum of Song Dynasty. The face of this Avalokitesvara is oval and plump, with a dignified look. The eyebrows are dotted with white hair. The nose, eyes and lips are depicted in a simple way. The lips are curved like the moon, and the corners of the lips are upturned. The eyebrows and eyes communicate with each other, and the heart is full of joy. He wore a lotus crown with a statue of Amitabha on his head. He was wearing a cross necked sleeveless dress with Beaded wreaths on his chest. He was wearing a shawl and bare arms. On his arms, he wore flowing patterns and carved silk ribbons. On his hair crown, he wore pearls and ear beads. On his chest, waist and knee, he wore ornaments, as well as the combination of arm ornaments, wrist ornaments and wreaths with streamers. The carving on the back is relatively simple, and there is a group of winding thread carving on the shoulder.
Tianhuang group sculpture
A set of six pieces of Tianhuang Boyi group carving is similar in size, carving technique and composition style, which should be made by the same craftsman in the west school (see photo). It is described as follows: stone 1: 3.2 cm high, 24 cm wide, 1 cm thick, stone Tongling, stone color near osmanthus yellow. There are obvious radish patterns and red tendons. Stone 3: 3 cm high, 2.5 cm wide, 0.6 cm thick, stone Tongling, radish grain, stone color light white, yellow, there is a grid slightly red. A willow tree is carved. A shepherd boy rides on the back of the ox under the willow. The ox's four feet are immersed in the stream. A small bamboo is carved beside the stream stone on the back. The water pattern is used to close the whole stone chapter, which is quiet and elegant. Stone 4: 3 cm high, 2.2 cm wide, 0.8 cm thick, stone channeling, stone yellow with gray black. There are red tendons, radish is not obvious, belongs to pit head of small Tianhuang. Part of the grid is carved with rocks, and the middle is mixed with orchids. A full moon is carved on the top of the front. Next to the moon, Luo Han touches his knees with one hand and sits on the ground with the other. His side face looks like meditation. Stone 5: 2.5 cm high, 1.8 cm wide and 1.4 cm thick. The stone color is ripe chestnut yellow, black and heavy, with radish pattern. The red part of the river is carved with rocks. There are withered trees on the rocks. There is a small full moon on the top of the trees. There is a boat on the river. An old man sits at the stern of the boat. The boatman stands at the bow of the boat, holding a penny to prop the boat. The water seems to be reflected by moonlight. Stone 6: 3.8 cm in height, 2.4 cm in width, 1 cm in thickness, light yellow with radish pattern, red grid part carved stone, a arhat sitting on the ground with his right hand touching his knees beside the stone, and a climbing pine carved on the back. The composition of this group of Tianhuang thin sculpture is exquisite, and the carving is exquisite. What's more, the group sculpture is made of Tianhuang stone, which is known as the "king of stone", and it is particularly precious.
Shoushan white Hibiscus
Lin Gao, a native of Putian, Fujian Province in the Qing Dynasty, lived in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Lin Jing's seal cutting technique is bright and steady, its composition is simple and complex, and its treatment is detailed. It shows the characteristics of elegant and elegant, dense and beautiful, and is respected by the world. At that time, Yun Shouping, Wang Shimin, Wu Li, Gao Shiqi and Yang Jin, famous painters and collectors of calligraphy and painting, used seals more often. Wang Kuan, a contemporary scholar of wenyuange, said: "Hetian Linzi, a quick scholar of Yushan, studies his mind and pursues Zhengmai alone. All his inscriptions are written in Han Zhuan, not in miscellaneous history and Yi dunpan. Although there are many famous scholars in the world who are good at Zhuan, Linzi is the only contemporary scholar." The seal collected by Lin Gao in Fuzhou museum is rectangular in shape, 3.8 cm in height and 2 cm in width and thickness. It is carved with high-quality white hibiscus. The stone is white and tender as fat, warm and clean, dense and delicate (see photo). The top is carved in the shape of jade Bi, which is elegant and square. The thickness of the button is 0.4cm. It is decorated with cirrus and valley patterns. The layout is harmonious and delicate. The carving is exquisite and small. It belongs to the Western School of techniques in Shoushan stone carving. At the bottom, the four characters "mianqin Jushi" are carved in the seal script of Zhu. The font is vigorous and simple, the layout is appropriate, and the knife technique is steady and smooth, which makes it feel natural. There is also a poem "spring flower" carved in regular script on both sides of the stone chapter, with three columns on each side. The poem is as follows: River flowers around the green river west, bank green river west shadow willow dike, bank willow shadow West River green bank, West River green bank around Huaxi. Sign: "Kangxi Bingchen spring day Lin Hetian Chen". Palindrome poetry is a kind of pen and ink game of literati. It can be read repeatedly and endlessly, which adds the elegance of seal. I think the seal contains some feelings of the author.
