Longzhou of Guangxi is located in the southwest border of China, adjacent to Gaoping and Liangshan provinces of Vietnam. The border people of China and Vietnam have a long history of friendly exchanges. Since 1926 in the last century, Vietnamese revolutionaries have successively come to Longzhou to carry out secret revolutionary activities. After the founding of the Communist Party of Indochina in 1930, Longzhou became an important base for the Indochina Communist Party abroad. More than 40 people, including Ho Chi Minh, Huang man Shu, Li Hong Feng, Long March, Wu Yuan Jia, and Zhou Wen Jin, had carried out revolutionary activities in Longzhou for 18 years. Later, most of them became leaders of the Vietnamese party and state, members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, generals of the people's army, and leading cadres at the provincial and ministerial levels.

The Ho Chi Minh Pavilion, located in Longzhou, Guangxi, officially opened on May 19, 2006.
The exhibition hall covers an area of more than 380 square meters, with a construction area of more than 1300 square meters. The exhibition is divided into two parts: "Chairman Ho Chi Minh and China" and "Longzhou and the Vietnamese revolution". The establishment of the Ho Chi Minh exhibition hall has played a positive role in education and guidance to enhance the friendship between the Chinese and Vietnamese people, and has become a rare revolutionary traditional education base for the youth of China and Vietnam.

Establishment process
The Ho Chi Minh Pavilion, located in the South Street of Longzhou County, officially opened on the morning of May 19, 2006. Chen Weihai, Consul General of Vietnam in Nanning, and relevant leaders of China and Vietnam attended the opening ceremony. After opening at 8:30 a.m., the Ho Chi Minh Pavilion welcomed the first batch of Chinese and Vietnamese visitors.
It is understood that Longzhou County in Guangxi is one of the foreign bases for early revolutionary activities of Vietnamese President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnamese revolutionaries. Since 1926, a group of early Vietnamese revolutionaries, such as Huang Wenshu, have successively come to Longzhou county to set up secret contact stations and carry out revolutionary work. Ho Chi Minh also went to Longzhou county to engage in revolutionary activities and left an office of the Vietnam National Liberation League in Longzhou A number of revolutionary sites and relics such as the former site.
In order to show the glorious history of the people of China and Vietnam fighting side by side, enhance the traditional friendship between China and Vietnam, and promote the development of cross-border red tourism with Chongzuo characteristics, Longzhou county invested human and material resources to complete the maintenance and exhibition of Ho Chi Minh Pavilion. Huang Wuhai, head of Longzhou County, said at the opening ceremony:
"Today, the Ho Chi Minh pavilion has been put into use. We will take this opportunity to promote the friendly cooperation between China and Vietnam, especially the cooperation and development in economy, trade and tourism between Longzhou and Vietnam's Gaoping and Liangshan provinces, so as to jointly create red transnational tourism and benefit the two peoples."
Vietnam also attaches great importance to the protection of this precious historical and cultural heritage. In order to ensure the early opening of the Ho Chi Minh Pavilion, they specially sent experts to Longzhou county to assist the relevant departments of Longzhou County in the preparation work such as data review. Chen Weihai, Consul General of Vietnam in Nanning, said at the opening ceremony:
