Fengyinyan
Fengyinyan, also known as Qipanyan, is located on the hillside of Qipan village, Yunlu Town, Jiedong County, 8 kilometers away from Jiedong county. It was built by Liang Qiushui, the magistrate of Jieyang County in 1418 of the Ming Dynasty, and rebuilt by Chen Zhizhi and Wu Mingzhen of Chao'an in 1923.
history
In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935 AD), Gao Shishan, a Jieyang native, rebuilt the temple again. During this period, for nearly 40 years, the Zen house collapsed and the ancient temple was abandoned due to neglect. In the early spring of 1992, Chen Kun, who is now in the Xinan village of Jieyang Economic Development Zone, and others raised money to rebuild fengyinyan.
origin
Fengyin rock faces south, surrounded by mountains, green trees and jagged rocks. Fengyinyan temple is simple and unique. A natural giant stone is the house of the main building, forming a natural stone temple. It can be said that it is the coincidence of heaven and man. On the east side of the giant stone is engraved with the book "Tianqu" written by Chen Song, a Shaoan temple in Chaoan County in 1924. The stone fence in front of the rock is a natural release pool. Stop in front of the rock and overlook the foot of the mountain. You can have a panoramic view of the village. To the north of the Zen house is a Fengquan (zhihuiquan), which is clear and sweet. From Fengquan to the Buddhist temple, there was an ancient bottomless cave, called "immortal cave". Because of the collapse, the cave was sealed with steel tube windows. The end of the cave was unfathomable. During the war of liberation, it was the base for the underground party to carry out revolutionary activities. In the autumn of 2003, a peculiar Ganoderma lucidum, about 70 to 80 cm high, was brown and clean.
Fengyinyan was approved by the people's Government of Jiedong County as a cultural relic protection unit of the county on January 29, 2001.
In the spring of 2009, the Council of Shuangfeng temple in Jieyang City began to plan the reconstruction. An 8-meter-high Guanyin Bodhisattva has been built on the natural Boulder, East and west sides of the hall
The two halls are also being redecorated.
