Rock carvings are scattered on the ridge of a yellowish brown hillside about 100 meters long and 40 meters wide. A large black stone lies in the withered grass and stones on the hillside. After tens of thousands of years of wind and rain, it has become smooth and round. A crack on the top of the rock is so eye-catching. It is deeply embedded in the body of the stone. At first sight, I feel a faint pain for the scar. A bison carved on the rock, with its head down and tail raised, looks like a spray With a loud nose and a low throat, it seems that its front hooves are about to pick up the dust under its feet, so it angrily confronts with the enemy in front of it. The high shoulder blades show its pride and inviolability, and from its strong limbs, we can see that the blood is completely expanded at that moment.
There are blue sheep, horses and so on, foraging on the same grassland, or walking together on the vast grassland. The appearance of deer, snake, wolf, bighorn sheep and other wild animals in the rock paintings depicts a picture of the beautiful water and grass, and the harmonious coexistence of human, livestock and wild animals in a blue sky.
Rock paintings depict rows of ups and downs on the edge of fine sandstone. These rock paintings are not the traces of ancient religion, nor the romantic imagination of the ancestors, but a living picture of life, and an artistic representation of the rich and colorful grassland culture.

The rock paintings in muligou, Huli, are carved on the sandy rock surface by sharp tools, with the deepest carving mark of 2mm. Due to the unique climate here, the rock paintings are basically intact. The simple and plain lines are vivid and vivid.
The production method is to use blunt (or granite stone) to grind and carve on the relatively flat and smooth stone, and the line has no obvious depression. As the stone and chiseled lines are covered by oxide layer, the only difference between them is that the color of the lines is darker than that of the stone.
