It is located in the ancient town of Jincheng Town, Kedong County, adjacent to Wuyuer River in the north. It is a national key cultural relic protection unit. Puyu, also known as Boyu, means "low-lying land" and "waterlogged land" in Nuzhen. The ancient city is close to the South Bank of Wuyuer, lying in the arms of swamp meadows in the northeast and West. It echoes with Kedong County and Erke mountain, a scenic spot 7.5km to the southeast. Seven kilometers to the southwest is the seat of Jincheng township government of Kedong County, and four kilometers to the north is the Jinguo road of Qibei railway across Wuyuer river. It is in a similar situation to the north of Daxinganling area, Heihe area, Yichun Area and Nenjiang area in Heilongjiang Province, and to the north of waixing'anling area in Russia. The old city of Puyu and Lu is its governing place. According to the records of Geography in the history of Jin Dynasty, there are 50000 households in Puyu road at the beginning of the Republic of China, and 10000 households in Hailing county. They are the officials who have changed their ways The present city site is oval, 2800 meters in circumference, rammed earth wall, urn, horse face, North and South gates. A large number of Jin Dynasty cultural relics were unearthed in the city, the most important of which is "Puyu Luying". This bronze seal provides strong material evidence for the determination of Puyu Lucheng.
