Harbin Cambridge University is a non-governmental General Undergraduate College (Ministry of education code 13303) approved by the Ministry of education. It was invested and founded by Oriental Cambridge Education Group in 1996. After 20 years of development, the college has become a full-time undergraduate university with 10000 students.

The campus covers an area of 100 hectares, with a building area of 350000 square meters. The library has a collection of 1093000 books, and the value of teaching and scientific research equipment is nearly 73490000 yuan.
