Shandong Agricultural Management Cadre College is a state-run institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of education and sponsored by the people's Government of Shandong Province. The main campus of the college is located in the beautiful spring city of Jinan. The predecessor of the college was the May 7th Cadre School of Shandong Province, which was established in June 1971. Later, it was renamed as the May 7th Cadre School of Shandong provincial organ and Shandong agriculture and forestry cadre school. In October 1983, with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's government and the record of the former State Education Commission, it was transformed into Shandong Agricultural Management Cadre College.
