Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College (formerly higher vocational and Technical College of Shenyang Agricultural University) is located in Shenyang City, the capital of Liaoning Province. The college, formerly known as Liaoning water conservancy school, was established in 1951 and merged into Shenyang Agricultural University in October 2000 to establish the higher vocational and Technical College of Shenyang Agricultural University.
