Subshrub, 50-80 cm high. Stem from the base of many branches, often creeping on the sand, wet sand with adventitious roots. The leaves are feathery and hairy, and the lobes are narrowly linear. Inflorescence hemispherical, pendulous, 4-5 mm in diameter; pedicel 1-2 mm in length. Seeds black, slender. The flowering period is from July to August. The fruit period is from September to October.
