[source] it is the eviscerated body of Rana chensinensis or Rana Heilongjiang.
[animal morphology] 1. Rana chensinensis
It looks very like a frog, with an average length of 5 cm, and the female is larger. The results show that the head is flat, the width of the head is slightly larger than the length of the head; the mouth is wide, the snout is blunt and round, slightly protruding out of the mandible, and the snout edge is blunt; the osteotome teeth in the mouth are 2 short and oblique; the nostril is located between the snout and the eye, the distance between the nose and the eye is larger than the distance between the eyes and equal to the width of the upper eyelid; the eyes are large, protruding, and the tympanic membrane behind. There are many small nevi on the skin, the dorsal fold is not straight, on the tympanic membrane slightly inclined to the outside, and then folded to the midline, and then extended back to the crotch, forming a zigzag shape in the temporal; there are a few scattered verruca between the lateral folds, and there are "eight" shaped warts on the shoulder. The skin color changes with the seasons. It is brown in autumn and winter, and yellowish brown in summer. There are triangular black spots on the tympanic membrane, and obvious black horizontal lines on the back of the limbs. The skin on the abdomen is smooth, milky white, lined with many small red spots. Their forelimbs are short and strong, their fingertips are round, their fingers are slender and slightly flat, and their finger lengths are in the order of 3, 1, 4 and 2; the tumors under the joint, the tumors under the finger base and the metacarpal process are significant. The hind limbs are long, reaching or slightly exceeding the eye in front of the tibiotalar joint; the toe tip is blunt and round, and the third and fifth toes are equal in length; the web is developed, and the tumor under the joint is small and obvious; the inner metatarsal process is narrow and long, and the outer metatarsal process is small and round. The male frog has a pair of hypopharyngeal inner vocal vesicles and a well-developed gray wedding pad on the first finger.
From late April to late September, they live in the shady hillside forest, and live in aquatic life from the end of September to the next March. In winter, they hibernate under the big rocks deep in the river. The food is mainly Coleoptera insects, but also a small number of animals.
Distributed in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Qinghai, Sichuan and other places.
② Rana amurensis
The shape is similar to that of the above species. The skin is rough with bright scarlet and dark gray spots on the throat, throat and abdomen. The male frog is silent.
Distributed in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and other places.
The oviduct (Oviductus Ranae) of the above two kinds of female frogs are also used for medicine, and the special regulations are also detailed.
