Perennial herbs. The rhizome is brown with many fibrous roots. The leaves are basal, bird toed, three compound, with long stalks, and the base of the stalks is expanded into sheaths; the leaves are ovoid, margin notched, obtuse serrated, and the teeth are two lobed. The flower stem is thin and weak, with 2-3 small pedicels at the top and white corolla. Follicles linear elliptic, 2, spreading nearly horizontally, dehiscent above.
Born in Qinglin rock fracture. It is distributed in Guangxi, Guangdong, Guizhou, Jiangxi and Zhejiang.
