[plant morphology] Cynanchum wilsonii
Perennial twining herbs with milk. Stem densely pubescent. Leaves opposite; broadly triangular cordate, apex narrowly pointed, base cordate, entire; long petiole. Cyme axillary; calyx outside pilose; corolla white, lobes 5, both sides glabrous; corona cup-shaped, top split into 10 filaments, outer ring about as long as corolla lobes, inner ring slightly short. Follicles, long horned, bisexual or only one developed. The seeds are oblong with white silky hairs at the top.
It is distributed in Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Henan and East China.

[function and indications] it is used to treat wart vegetation (pricking scrofula). Fresh goat milk horn stem pulp is applied to the affected area. After several times of application, the wart vegetation layer by layer fell off.
