Gull

[source] it is the meat of many kinds of gulls. Common are Red Headed Gull, silver gull, tern and so on.

It is 40 cm long. The mouth is red and the tip is black. The iris is dark brown, the head and neck are all chocolate brown, and the back edge turns black brown; there are white feather rings around the eyes; the inner covert and secondary flying feather of the lower back, shoulder, waist and two wings are pearl gray, and the tip of the flying feather is near white; the upper back, outer large covert and primary covert are all white. The first primary feather is white, with black inner and outer edges and tips; the black outer edges of the second to fifth feathers gradually decrease, with dark gray inner edges and tips; the eighth feather is dark gray, with black inner edges and white tips; the rest of the primary feathers are pure gray; the remaining feathers are pure white. Red feet and toes, turning orange in winter; black claws.
It inhabits coastal or inland rivers, lakes and ponds. Breeding in Northeast China, wintering several times throughout the country, especially in coastal provinces.
Silver gull and tern are also used as medicine.
