[plant morphology] Bidens pilosa

Annual herbs. Stem erect, quadrangular, 30-50 cm high, dark brown, hairy. Basal leaves dense, long petiole; stem leaves opposite or alternate, 2-3 pinnate, lobes linear, about 3 mm wide, apex pointed, entire, petiole shorter. Inflorescence terminal, about 7 mm in diameter; involucre 2-3-row, bracts linear lanceolate, apex pointed; tubular flower yellow, apex 5-lobed. Achenes linear, 1-1.5 cm long, brownish black. There are four spindles, two needles at the top, about 5 mm long. The flowering period is from August to September.

Born on hillside, roadside, or wet place. Distributed in Northeast, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shandong, Jiangsu, Fujian and other places.
