[clinical application] 1
Wash 50 kg fresh grass, add water to soak the noodles, boil for 1 hour, press the residue and filter, concentrate the filtrate to 10000 ml, add sugar and sodium benzoate to make a decoction containing 5 g fresh grass per ml. 20-50 ml each time, 2-4 times a day. Compared with the western medicine control group, there were significant differences in antipyretic and rash, and the rash appeared quickly and sparsely, and the pigmentation was light or not obvious.
② Treatment of Japanese encephalitis
100% crayfish chrysanthemum glucose injection (containing 100% fresh grass and 10% glucose) or 500% crayfish chrysanthemum injection and 10% glucose injection were used for intravenous injection. The dosage is 20g / kg body weight. If necessary, the dosage can be increased, once or in parts. According to the treatment results of 613 cases, the total cure rate was 96.58%, which was significantly higher than the cure rate of 85.9% in a certain year in the past; 17 cases of very severe cases had different degrees of mental and neurological dysfunction in the recovery period, and they were basically recovered and discharged after 1-4 months of treatment.
③ Treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever
They were injected intramuscularly with 1% cyhalothrin (extract injection of Cyhalothrin) or 500% cyhalothrin injection, 2-4 times a day, 2-5 ml each time, and orally with Decoction (the same as measles). Twenty one patients with fever were treated, 20 of them entered polyuria directly, and no one died. In addition, 20 patients with initial fever were treated with Decoction alone, none of them died, none of them suffered from shock, and only 2 patients underwent mild oliguria and polyuria. According to the preliminary observation, it is considered that the development of hemorrhagic fever can be interfered by the chrysanthemum.
The bacteriostatic test showed that crayfish chrysanthemum had different degrees of inhibitory effect on more than 10 kinds of bacteria, but the clinical observation showed that the effect was not ideal. According to the anti-virus test and clinical practice, crayfish chrysanthemum has better antiviral effect. The results showed that the toxicity of dry crystal was higher than that of fresh one, and that of July was higher than that of November. Therefore, it is suitable to collect fresh grass in November and process it into concentrated paste for storage.
