Evergreen parasitic shrub, 20-40 cm high. It is parasitic on fruit trees, Liquidambar formosana and oak trees. It is distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Fujian and Taiwan.
