It's crispy. It is easy to break and the section is bright yellow. It tastes bitter.
It is produced in Guangxi.
[chemical constituents] Corydalis shenshanensis contains Corydalis, chicomannine, tetrahydropalmatine, protoopioid, carpocrine, carpocranine, Qingfengteng, isopordine, corydalis, cryptopinine and DL haemagglutinine. The leaves contain Corydaline and chicomannine.
A variety of the above plants Corydalispallidavar.tenuis It contains l-tetrahydropalmatine, protoopioid, caffeine, caffeine, isopordine, kaempferine, chicomannine, corydalis and trans-3-ethylidene-2-pyrrolidone. alkaloid. At flowering stage, the whole herb contained sanguinarine, dihydrosanguinarine, oxysanguinarine, protoopioid, l-tetrahydropalmatine, d-corydaline, dehydrocoryzine, d-tetrahydropyrrhizin, cappomine, l-skrjabine, capporanine, cappodine, l-tetrahydropyrrhizin, berberine, trans-3-ethylidene-2-pyrrolidone, chicomannine and other alkaloids. It also contains octadecanol-10 and triacontanol-1.
[pharmacological action] cryptopinine is a kind of protoopioid alkaloids. Its content in opioids is very small, but its content in commercial papaverine is up to 4%. Its action is similar to that of papaverine. On isolated guinea pig auricle, the period of hypoexcitability was prolonged, similar to that of allocryptopinene, but different from that of berberine. In guinea pigs and rabbits, intravenous injection can increase blood pressure slightly, and depress blood pressure in a large amount; it can cause arrhythmia and sensitize arrhythmia caused by adrenal cord. It can dilate the coronary artery and reduce the amplitude and frequency of heart beat. For the isolated small intestine, the contraction was caused first, and the relaxation was caused by repeated administration. The median lethal dose (mg / kg) for intraperitoneal injection was: allocryptopinine 0.4; cryptopinine 0.27; protoopioid 0.25; berberine 0.1. Cryptopine also has mild antitussive effect (electrical stimulation of cat's laryngeal nerve); it can reduce the intraocular pressure in rabbits, and it can cause dyskinesia, restlessness, convulsion, salivation, posture and circulation disorders in animals when poisoned, so it may act on extrapyramidal system and midbrain parts similar to morphine.
For the functions of other alkaloids, please refer to "Coptis chinensis" and "Corydalis".
[functions and indications] records of Guangxi Traditional Chinese medicine: "clearing away heat, removing poison and detumescence. It is used to treat carbuncle, heat boil, nameless swelling and toxin, wind fire and eye pain. "
[usage and dosage] external use: tamping.
[should avoid] "do not use Yin gangrene, cold and dampness flow". "
[selection] treatment of eye pain caused by wind fire: Rhizoma Corydalis, Rhizoma Lycii, leaf of Lycium barbarum, mashed and applied with milk. (records of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine)
