Baked Steamed Bread
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put 250g flour, 30g sugar, 3G yeast and 0.5g edible alkali noodles into the basin (those who don't like alkali flavor can be ignored), and mix them evenly
Step 2: pour 130g warm water into the dough and let it stand for 10 minutes, then knead the dough until smooth
Step 3: divide the dough into about 30g flour preparation (the size you like)
Step 4: roll it into a rectangle and thin the bottom edge
Step 5: roll up from top to bottom
