Egg soup with Tofu
Introduction:
"Tofu and eggs with rich nutrition, the elderly and children, breakfast, dinner can enjoy."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tender tofu into 0.5cm thick diamond slices
Step 2: diamond chip, I use biscuit mould to make it more tidy
Step 3: put the remaining tofu into a steaming bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking oil and chopped green onion, and stir with chopsticks
Step 4: beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add the same amount of warm boiled water and beat them together to form egg liquid
Step 5: sift the egg into a bowl with chopped tofu
Step 6: put the egg liquid into the steamer
Step 7: steam for 10 minutes after boiling
Step 8: take out the steaming bowl and put on the diamond shaped tofu slices
Step 9: take an egg and add the same amount of warm water to beat it into egg liquid and sieve it into a steaming bowl
Step 10: put a small round carrot in the center of bean curd flower, and decorate the petals with medlar
Step 11: cover the steaming bowl (I'm using a plate of the right size), steam it in the steamer for 10-15 minutes, stop for 3 minutes, then come out of the steamer and serve with soy sauce and sesame oil
Materials required:
Eggs: 4
Tender tofu: 200g
Carrot: 1 slice
Tofu: 6
Salt: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Edible oil: right amount
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Note: add warm water, sift and cover the steaming bowl in order to reduce pores in the egg soup. The steamed egg soup is more tender and smooth.
