Laver rice
Introduction:
"Porphyra is a famous dish in South Korea. You can add whatever you like. It will have a different flavor."
Production steps:
Step 1: Boil the crab stick in the pot
Step 2: cut the cucumber ham sausage, carrot and crab meat stick into strips and set aside. Pour the eggs into the bowl
Step 3: Fry carrots and cucumbers in hot oil, and spread the egg cake
Step 4: slice the omelet and set aside
Step 5: take a bowl of rice, add appropriate amount of daxida, mix well
Step 6: spread the bamboo curtain of sushi, spread a piece of laver (smooth side down) and spread the rice on the laver, leaving a quarter (easy to seal)
Step 7: spread cucumber, ham, sausage, carrot, crab, meat stick and eggs on the rice
Step 8: roll up from one end
Step 9: after rolling, press it with your hand to shape
Step 10: a Porphyra meal is ready
Step 11: cut into small pieces with a knife (stick some water on the knife, and don't stick the knife when cutting)
