Homemade XO Sauce
Introduction:
"XO sauce means top sauce. There are many ways to make it and different materials are used, but Zhuyao is an indispensable ingredient. What I do is a simple version, and the materials are also very cheap, but the taste is not bad. My husband likes to eat it very much. The side dishes of noodles or porridge are really delicious! "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash Zhuyao and oysters, put them in bowls, add water, ginger slices and cooking wine. Steam over high heat for half an hour.
Step 2: soak the rice in warm water.
Step 3: blanch xuelihong and wring out the water. Shred and set aside.
Step 4: shred onion and set aside.
Step 5: slice garlic, shred ginger, and cut pepper into small circles.
Step 6: steamed Zhu Yao is crushed into silk with the back of a knife.
Step 7: chop the oysters, soak the rice for 15 minutes and drain.
Step 8: put oil in the pan, add Zhuyao when it is 50% hot, and deep fry oysters when it is half dry.
Step 9: take out Zhuyao oyster, leave oil in the pan, add onion and xuelihong. Fry in low heat for about half an hour until dry.
Step 10: put the onion aside, add the sea rice, fry for five minutes, then add the fried oyster, stir fry.
Step 11: add garlic, ginger, pepper, stir fry until fragrant, then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, Zhu Hou sauce, sugar, chicken essence. Stir well.
Step 12: take it out of the pot, cool it, put it in the safe and refrigerate it.
