[Yiru private bakery] simple bread making: sliced chives, ham and bread
Introduction:
"Ever since I saw a scallion roll with a large frying spoon, I always wanted to make one. This time I have time to make one, but I still feel that I need to bake these noodles twice, so I want to save some trouble. The formula and appearance have been changed. I also added some diced ham, not to mention the taste is very good. Thank you for sharing with the large frying spoon. I don't like the sweet bread It's also a good choice to have [chives, ham and bread] without plastic surgery
Production steps:
Step 1: add milk, sugar and salt to the soup, then sift in flour and knead it into a smooth dough repeatedly. Add corn oil or butter, knead it into a mold, and ferment at room temperature.
Step 2: the dough can be fermented about 2.5 times. The room temperature in Beijing now takes about two hours.
Step 3: repeatedly knead the fermented dough into a smooth dough to exhaust, and then put it into the basin to wake up for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4: while waiting, cut the washed chives into small pieces, dice the ham into small pieces, and prepare the sesame seeds.
Step 5: roll the dough into thin slices.
Step 6: put it into the baking tray covered with oil paper to wake up for the second time.
Step 7: wake up 15-30 minutes or so, more than double the hair, and then brush the egg.
Step 8: Pierce some holes with a fork.
Step 9: Sprinkle with diced ham, chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
Step 10: preheat the oven, bake more than 200 minutes or so, depending on your oven temperature, the original formula is 180 degrees.
Step 11: take out the pot and cut into pieces with bread knife.
Step 12: Yiru's scallion ham roll is ready, isn't it attractive!
Materials required:
Soup dough: 150g
Flour: 300g
Sugar: 15g
Salt: 5g
Corn oil: 20g (butter)
Milk: 180g
Chopped chives: 50g
Diced ham: 80g
Sesame: 35g
Note: 1. The noodles are a little bit more delicious, more sugar and oil will be more soft, but I hope it is more healthy, not so much oil and sugar. 2. Small holes are made to avoid bulging. 3. It's delicious without ham and only green onions. 4. The rest of the bread is a little bit hotter in the oven and better with salad dressing or thousand island dressing. 5. Knead a little wake up is for easy plastic surgery. 6. It's just right to bake a plate of 350 grams. I have several separate ones under this one. If it's rolled, you can bake two plates.
