Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the raw materials, as shown in the figure.
Step 2: separate the egg yolk and egg white, put them into two pots without oil and water, put the salt into the egg white first, stir it with a manual beater until it bubbles, add 40g sugar twice, and stir until it foams wet.
Step 3: beat egg yolk with 50g sugar until white and sugar dissolves. Add corn oil and milk and mix well.
Step 4: add sifted low flour and baking powder, mix well to form a smooth batter.
Step 5: mix the wet foaming egg essence into the batter in three times, and quickly mix evenly.
Step 6: mix the cocoa powder with cold water evenly, add 1 tbsp of batter to make cocoa paste.
Add all the ingredients to the baking tray. Repeat step 7. Add the batter to the baking tray.
Step 8: put into the oven preheated at 140 ℃ for 10 minutes, first 120 ℃ for 30 minutes, then 140 ℃ for 10 minutes. Take out the baking tray from the oven, take off the tray, tear out the oil paper, cut it into square, and eat it.
