Production steps:
Step 1: crush Oreo first. I've removed the white one in the middle. It seems that it's ok if I don't remove it. If you don't use Oreo, you can use coarse fiber digestive cakes and so on, according to your own taste. I grind it with a rolling pin. I try to crush it.
Step 2: heat the butter, melt it completely and mix with the biscuit residue
Step 3: pour the completely mixed things into the cake mold and press the porcelain. If you use a 6-inch mold, then a pack of Oreo is enough. My one is 8-inch, so I use two packs, otherwise the bottom can't be covered. It's kind of like the asphalt just laid. When it's ready, put it in the refrigerator and let's make the cheese part
Step 4: soften the cream cheese by heating it in a water bath, add the sugar, and start beating with an egg beater

Step 10: pour directly on the freshly baked cake
