Roasted squid with cumin
Introduction:
"In order to lighten the workload of the gourmet administrator, I quietly handed out recipes during working hours ~ (^ o ^) / bought back a large fresh squid, and changed my body to make soup with a flower knife. See {Maixiang seafood soup} for details http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-58312.html The rest of the squid whiskers and the upper triangular part are roasted to eat. One can eat two kinds of flavors. Let's make them together
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the squid, change the knife, and gently scratch several thick pieces.
Step 2: marinate the squid in cooking wine, soy sauce or shellfish sauce, white pepper and oyster sauce. Marinate a little longer, because the squid itself has no flavor.
Step 3: brush oil on the baking pan, cut onion into rings and cover with squid. Then brush the squid with marinade, sprinkle cumin and bake in the oven for a while. If there is no oven, use the microwave or pan. Baking on the way to take out the baking tray brush marinade and a little honey, repeated several times, until roasted.
Step 4: grilled squid, sprinkle with white sesame, then serve~~~~
Materials required:
Squid: moderate
Pineapple: right amount
Broccoli: moderate
White Sesame: right amount
Onion: right amount
Cooking wine: moderate
White pepper: moderate
Soy sauce: proper amount (fresh shellfish sauce)
Oyster sauce: right amount
Honey: right amount
Olive oil: right amount
Note: 1, like to eat spicy, you can change cumin into chili powder, or half, as you like. 2. To make roast squid, I prefer to make squid whiskers and the triangular part of the upper part of the squid, because these two parts are thicker than the body of the squid. They are not as easy to cook as the body of the squid, so they are not easy to roast. 3. Don't put salt when pickling. If you think the flavor of squid is lighter, you can sprinkle some salt when baking. But it has been pickled before, so I think it tastes just good. (ingredients don't lie, taste doesn't betray)
