Banana Chocolate Muffin
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: a large collection of ingredients. Low gluten flour 100g, butter 60g, sugar 50g, baking soda 0.5ml, baking powder 2.5ml, milk 2 tbsp, banana 1, chocolate 50g.
Step 2: first of all, put the banana in the fresh-keeping bag and grind it into paste with the bottom of bowl or rolling pin.
Step 3: pour the sugar into the softened butter (softened at room temperature until it can be easily pressed out of the hole by hand).
Step 4: beat with egg beater until the color becomes light and fluffy, as shown in the picture.
Step 5: pour half of the egg liquid into the butter, beat it with an egg beater until it's fused, then pour in the other half of the egg liquid and beat it thoroughly.
Step 6: let the banana puree into the basin, stir well with a rubber knife.
Step 7: add 2 tablespoons of milk and continue to stir.
Step 8: add low gluten flour, baking soda and baking powder, and continue to stir.
Step 9: add the crushed chocolate into the batter and stir well.
Step 10: stir the batter and put it into the flower mounting bag.
Cut 2 / 3 of the pattern to the corner of the mold.
Step 12: put the finished mold into the preheated oven, 180 degrees, about 20 minutes, the surface turns golden.
