Red oil
Introduction:
"It may be my ideal to have a bottle of spicy red oil that I like. Anyway, it's my ideal to have a bottle of red oil that I like. Red oil can be used in cooking to make dishes full of red oil and fragrance. It can be used to mix noodles to make noodles look more attractive... Red oil can make people feel red when they think of it... "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash and dry the red pepper, then put it into a cold pot and bake it over low heat. Stir fry it frequently until it is amber. Don't stir fry it.
Step 2: spread the roasted pepper to cool and remove the pedicels. Use scissors to cut the seeds at the big end of the pepper. If you like the flavor of pepper seeds, you don't need to remove the seeds.
Step 3: put the processed pepper into the cooking machine to make powder. Be patient until the pepper is powdered
Step 4: pour vegetable oil into the pot, add star anise, cinnamon, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, fragrant leaves and ginger, and deep fry the flavor.
Step 5: when the oil is 70% hot, remove the spices and pour the oil into a clean container.
Step 6: start putting dry chili powder for the first time.
Step 7: when it is 50% hot, add chili powder for the second time (the color will be red)
Step 8: only when it's 30% hot, put chili powder for the third time, then it will be spicy. Three times all moderate.
Step 9: red oil makes people blush when they think of it

Note: because chili powder is divided into three times into the amount of hot oil, so there is a "one fragrance, two red, three spicy" said. There are three steps to delicious food. The amount of spices and chili powder can be adjusted according to personal preference and taste. It is not recommended to use peanut oil for vegetable oil, because peanut oil will become sticky when it is cold, and sticky chili oil is not convenient to use.
