Production steps:
Step 1: wash the glutinous rice, soak it in water for more than 1 hour, drain off the water and set aside.
Step 2: divide the soaked and washed glutinous rice into four parts, smash and soak the maple leaf, muhongcao, yalanhongcao or Huanghua, take the juice and put it into glutinous rice respectively.
Step 3: after soaking for a period of time, the glutinous rice will be dyed black, red, purple or yellow. Finally, the four colors of glutinous rice and the unstained white glutinous rice are put into the steamer for steaming.
