Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients you need.
Step 2: cut the wax gourd sugar into pieces.
Step 3: mix sugar, applesauce, yeast, whole egg, corn oil and stir well.
Step 4: add 150ml water and stir well.
Step 5: add flour and oatmeal.
Step 6: stir clockwise to a slightly dry batter. (this can be stirred hard, not afraid of tendons)
Step 7: put the batter into the mould for 6 minutes, and ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour. (I sent this in the oven)
Step 8: take out after fermentation, sprinkle the chopped wax gourd sugar on the surface of the batter and shake it gently (to avoid bubbles). Preheat oven: heat up and down 150 ℃ for 20 minutes, turn off the heat after 15 minutes, only heat up to finish.

Common flour: 110g
Instant oatmeal: 75g
Homemade applesauce: 80g
Sugar: 13g
Whole egg liquid: 18g
Corn oil: 12g
Wax gourd sugar: 55g
Yeast: 2G
Water: 150ml
Note: the wax gourd sugar sprinkled on the surface can also be replaced with other candied fruits or nuts. I added jam in this one, so the amount of white sugar is reduced. If no jam is added, the amount of white sugar should be 25g ~ 30g. Baking temperature and time are only for reference, please adjust according to the firepower of your oven.
